97ZOK reserves the right to restrict age for certain contests.

97ZOK reserves the right to end a contest at any time upon advanced notice to the public.

97ZOK reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

97ZOK reserves the right to limit the number of winners per household/ family. Only one winner every 30 days.

97ZOK reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.

97ZOK reserves the right to use your image (or audio) or likeness during our broadcast or on our website. (ie: photographs from remotes, concerts, and other promotional events)

97ZOK reserves the right to change any promotion and or the promotional elements of a contest.

97ZOK shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.

·In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by random drawing or another means deemed appropriate by Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc. The Cumulus Broadcasting representative conducting the contest will determine all winners; their decisions and interpretations of these rules shall be final.

·All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize/ prizes valued at over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.

·All prizes awarded “as is”. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for other trips, prizes, or cash and must be picked up in two weeks or are forfeited.

·All qualifying prizes must be claimed in person (or by appointed person with proper winner identification) during regular business hours and within ten business days of winning, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts to Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc., to be disposed of at their discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.

·All entry blanks, forms devices, and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc., their affiliates and sponsors to be used, disposed of, or destroyed at the discretion of Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc., their affiliates and sponsors.
